Returns & Exchanges

At Wander Doll, we want you to love your look, but if a piece isn't quite right, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
